    They dont have a dedicated button per say, but all you have to do it press any button on control pad or tap screen on ALP app and it goes into rcvr mode and you can still see when you are being targeted by a flashing light on the control pad.

    Oh so you can do that by pressing a button on that control pad? It switches to receive mode? If so, that's perfect.

    It can be done with the app, but I honestly don't want yet another app to run on my phone and launch manually every time I get in the car. At this point I already have to launch Waze and Live and press the dark button on my 905 CPU and I don't want to add more to the routine. If I could just turn my car on and have everything work automatically without me having to manually do anything, that'd be ideal.

    In fact, I'm gonna see if I can get my dedicated YaV1 phone to run Waze in the foreground so I don't have to launch that anymore on my iPhone. Might be time to play with the iPhone's tethering options, come to think of it. (Sorry, don't wanna take the thread OT.)
