The main site to regenerate the configuration files (which I always like to do when a new FW is released to make sure I'm not missing any new features) appears to have a sort of bug. When you load a current version of the configuration file (with all of the options that currently exist in the system), it will happily generate a new setup.alp file for you. But if you load an older setup.alp with the intention of taking all of your old features, selecting your desired configuration on anything new, and generating a new setup.alp, then after you click "Save & Download", it goes back to the firmware setup page instead of the page to download the newly generated setup.alp file.

There have been new features added and even some more on the way. Its best to create a new file from scratch and only use an existing file if you are only making changes not between firmware updates.
