Success , i updated easily with the 3 files , uXXXXXXX.bin+ ucset.bin + VOICEPCK.ALP . took a good 4 minutes. Then as Tom said re-install your own setup. Home-run again for ALP Team

My apologies, I should have been more observant. Only read the updates on the alpupdate home page.

OK i did the up date and installed all new files, It went thru the up dates and everything went fine, 1 thing that i noticed is that i no longer get a visual blinking light when im being hit with lidar.
After the alert the lite flashs blue but nothing else.
I have gone thru the menu and changed the LED mode to each one of the settings and it still only lights up when the alert is no longer there and only blue.
    Any help?

There was never a blinking light when hit. You were probably in Pro Mode and in Pro Mode the light will flicker based on the received signal strenght.

New selectable option is available: After LID timeout. Select between two options. If DLI & Warm-up is selected, the ALP will switch to detect only mode after the LID timer (3-9 seconds) times-out during a Laser alert. It will remain in detect only mode as long as you are being actively targeted, and then it will go into a warm-up. If Warm-up is selected, the system will go into a 60 seconds of warm-up mode before it reactivates detection and/or defense again.
I'm not able to bring easily the cables from the rear trunk to the front seats. So I want to install 2 unit boxes, one for the front (2 heads), one in the rear (2 heads) which will will stay in the trunk.

As I believe it's not possible to handle 2 boxes together with the Bluetooth, I can't switch off the rear box when I've slowed down the speed.

I would like to set a maximum duration for the jamming about 5 seconds. Is it possible?

Get a HiFi control set for the rear ALP and use that to JTK on rear hits. The app can't connect to two ALPs at the same time, I don't believe.

You can set the max LID time to 5 seconds, no problem. 4 seconds is better, and if you can kill it even faster that's even better still.

In the CPU, is there a buzzer to warn me? Or should I buy the HiFi module?

About the warm-up time without jamming, is it possible to set to more than 60 seconds?

    Thanks for help.

The standard controller has a speaker built into the controller. When you turn it on your should hear the startup tones from the speaker inside the controller. Warm-up can only be set to be skipped or 60 seconds.
