Even tried short and long presses of each button individually. I can't seem to get into the menu options any more. Anyone else experience this, or perhaps I am doing something wrong?

Second comment is do most people perform the self test at startup? I have always turned it off, but wonder now if that is a best practice.
Both Buttons is only to adjust the volume. To go into the menu you just need to press and hold the menu button.

Sorry, I should have stated that I was trying to adjust the volume. When I put the setup file on the USB, I set the volume to 5. This is way too loud, so I wanted to adjust down to 4 or possibly 3. I can't do this with the control set. My bad, I thought both buttons also got you into the menu. I'm still new to the Hi-Fi as I previously only used the BT module.

Even still, holding the menu button won't put me into the menu. The light flashes on the hi-fi control set, but the buttons don't seem to do anything.

Hold both buttons and when the light turns purple release both and then either press the Menu (Up) or Power (Down) and it should say Volume 2, 3, Etc.

I gave it a try over lunch to confirm and pressing the buttons no longer works on the hi-fi control set following the update. Can I rollback the change and apply again? I reinserted my USB that I updated with a couple days ago and all it did was reload the setup file (I Have a parking mode only setup that I can plug in when needed), but did not reapply the firmware. Any help is appreciated.

Did you ever update the firmware on the HiFi Controller since you purchased it? Not talking about the CPU Firmware.

I did download and apply the ucsthifi.bin file. I think I know what the problem may be, and will have to test it after work today. I use the same USB stick for all my ALP files. I had both the original control set file and the ucsthifi.bin files loaded on the stick. I wonder if having both files on the USB stick caused some confusion. I re-downloaded my firmware, ucsthifi.bin, voicepck.alp, and setup.alp files and deleted the old control set file. I'll let you know if this solves the problem.

I did the update again just now with a freshly downloaded set of files and still the buttons on the hi-fi control set don't work. The led light continues to blink, parking sensors work, laser defense works, just the control set buttons don't. Any suggestions?
