just spoke to my old man today over the phone in perth
he reckons he drove on the free way last week ...they have actually removed the train line over into the north bound lane that puts it to 3 lane heading north from perth to Newcastle street.
and heading south from .newcaslte to perth is 5 lanes but they will be extending north bound lanes to 5 also
the tunnel has been closed to allow the students to graffiti then reopen tunnel they reckon the nice paint work make better drivers
