No not personaly, but there is a community of people here as well which have a radar and some lidar devices for test.
So i can have the car tested for laser shielding easy.
Radar we have plenty (fixed and mobile), so i can test the warning distance myself..

It is a very small country, top to bottum, only 250 km or so. Everything is drivable within 2 hours as i live about in the middle.
