This is alike it is done in the Netherlands. We haven a legal system which gives you WOB rights (law rule for openess of regulation)
So you ask for:
- police officer training, is he allowed to work with the equipment
- is the equipment calibrated, and is that date still valid
- the images if any in printed format
- more i do not recollect.
They have to respond in certain timeframe, if you not receive the goods you claim for compensation (thats in the law)
Some people make a hobby out of it here i think..
