I have had real alerts that it has not added to the recent list.

Yes, That will happen since there is no way to distinguish what is a false and what is real. If it logged every radar alert there could be 50+ alerts logged each day for anyone that travels a good distance each day.

Should be an option to turn history filtering on or off. Or better yet a realtime radar freq display.

OK, I'm running K wide, so no segs on K band (just Ka segged). Is it not logging the high and low range k band (segs k1 and k6) that AL recommend to switch off in the firmware update description for to avoid lane assist etc . The Redflex runs in the low (sub) k range in AU, so that probably needs to be included in the logging, if not a bug

Added K Band segmentation. K1, K2,…K6 from 23950 MHz to 24250 MHz (only STiR antenna at the moment).

Its definitely not a bug and we discussed this many times. One alert several miles away could cause several logs with loosing weak signals and picking them back up over and over. KA & Laser Alerts are high priority and K band which is loaded with false alerts would easily fill out the log with some decent daily traveling. If you want to make a suggestion for a change I created a thread for suggestions for future features:

Post your suggestions in that thread.

I have a new issue with the Alp Connect Application

    iphone 5S running latest ios
    Version 1.3 of Alp connect
    Version 4.3.4 of firmware

I have 2 applications running on the iphone when driving

One is the Alp Connect & The other is CameraAlert

When I set the Alp Connect to Default audio output I get no output at all from the phone - so I switch it to the 'speaker' option and I get output via the iphone speaker - great you say...however when I switch to the speaker setting the audio output I currently have going via bluetooth for Cameralaert using the head unit in the car + car speakers stops working and is then routed via the iphone speaker.

As soon as I switch the Alp Connect setting back to 'default' for audio output my CameraAlert program then sends audio as expected via bluetooth and car speakers.

Is there something in the setting for Alp connect which is interfering with other programs ?

Honestly I hate this Bluetooth stuff because every vehicle is different and every vehicle wants to handle the Bluetooth connection differently. It can work great in one car and another has issues. I think Mirage has the right idea... Connect an amplified speaker to your phone audio jack and no more Bluetooth issues.

How about one better. A Bluetooth speaker / speakerphone. I use the Jabra Freeway because I have one, but you could also use any Bluetooth speaker like the JBL Micro or something like that. I just like the jabra because it has 7 watts and is loud when it's on your visor. I used to love getting scared by the LI speaker. This takes that to a whole new level no matter how loud your music is you will hear this one.
