At this point its one controller or the other. Control Module or Bluetooth Control Module.

How should the sounds work? I assume if app is open sounds will play through the phone and into the radio if phone is playing music also. If app is closed, no sound to an alert - correct?

Here is a quick demonstration of the sounds when playing music with the app running in the background.



The app should start up automatically once it see's the bluetooth connection. If after it starts up if you physically turn it off then of course you will not get any alerts.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but iTunes still has not updated the App. It was supposed to go live in iTunes on Monday. Hopefully it will show up tomorrow.

Do you have a working copy of the app that you can post? Or does it have to be delivered via Apple? I have such a love hate relationship with apple. I generally hate them for silly shit like this but I love them because I have Apple stock.

I have the app but it will not install without it being approved. Its still sitting in Pending waiting for the app to be cleared and go live and unless you have a jail broken phone (No Jail Break yet for IOS 7.0) so many are stuck waiting.

How often do I need access to the SN and PIN? I was planning on making that side the side with the velcro or should I use the blue side for attachment. I assume once you enter the pin once that is it or do you have to enter it every time you bring the phone to the car.

Only once when you register the bluetooth connection with your phone. The serial number will show up in discovery, You only need the pin to establish the connection. Just write the pin number down somewhere in case you change phones.
