Before looking at an Escort Radar Detector you should really check out Uniden Detectors.. Uniden R1 & R3 are the best performing radar detectors for the money.
Eh I find the privacy key doesn't work when you use the bt module.
Pull the key and it will still arm regardless.

Just tried my original BT module with ALPConnect on iOS 7.1.2 (iPhone 4S), and the privacy key worked as intended when inserted and removed

Think I may have found a possible bug with the latest version (2.2);
If I shoot my LRB at it, the phone displays 'Marksman Compact' as usual for 125 pps gun. However, the audio states 'speed laser ahead / behind'. Hi-Fi module correctly identifies by audio.

Any news on the apple app for the system? I purchased and had my system installed almost two months ago and was told the app would be ready in a month. I have the bt module installed and have not been able to use it. Is there an estimated time of release?
