    Hello Everyone

I am still a noob to the whole CM world, but looking to learn everything I can and get a kick out of screwing with the cops a little bit and save some money.

I currently have a Max and ALP Single head on the front of my car. Will be making it a dual-head when it warms up again and I get some time.

I hope I can learn some stuff from you guys and hopefully provide to be useful periodically later on when I get more knowledgeable with everything.

    Have a good one.

Welcome aboard--Single ALP huh, did you ever get that tested on your car, interesting on how it did what kind of car do you have and a dual setup is much more safer as you well know

What kind of car do you drive? I'm interested in the performance of the single head. Based on the testing I did it might do surprisingly well. I personally would never recommend it, but would like to see how it performs. BTW welcome to the forum.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for stopping by. I also have been running a single head ALP and its done very well for a few months now. The worst PT's I had where all under the 200-300FT range off of the corners of the headlights. I definitely highly suggest 2 heads through to give you full protection especially when you get close.

You can run a full set of heads BRD and you still only rock 1 ALP head on the front of your car LOL?

The single head is NOT tested at all. So I have no idea of its performance. I had time one weekend, stuck one on top of the front plate and just haven't been able to mess with it since. It was a new toy, I had to put at least one on. lol.

I would like to get it tested mostly to satisfy my curiosity on how protected it actually is. I figure right now, it offers me at least enough time to correct my speed. My hope is that it will let me kill it before a PT would happen.

My car is a 2012 Kia Optima, and I have no intention on cutting the grill, so to me on top of the license plate was a great location, lol. I will be putting them down in the lower grill though. I need to get both setups tested.

Welcome to the forum. I do not recommend using one jammer head. We have tested this and were not satisfied with the level of protection it provides.

    Welcome to the Forum,MrUnknown.
You're playing a very risky game runnin' a single Sensor, but I can understand the gamble if you have a small car to protect or insufficient "benjamins" to add a 2nd Sensor.
If you're located in my area I can offer to test your set-up if you wish.

Well if your down south (Georgia) I'll be happy to get you tested so you will know for sure how much that single head is protecting you.
