Sad to use a second old phone, Ios to make it works

Yeah... I had another thread somewhere detailing my troubles... From a few years ago when it came out I had it working on iOS and even though the prompt disappeared from within the ALP App.

I didn't dare touch it (found out after buying a 2nd flic for another car), and was moving my flic between vehicles, total PITA. I just switched phones out of necessity and of course the flic pairing didn't transfer and it totally stopped working. @BestRadarDetectors had said on my thread that a flag had been raised with ALP and they are aware, but that other projects are higher priority.

That being said, I went out and bought a $150 unlocked asus android phone and installed flic and ALP. I finally put a flic in each car, paired them, and now can move between vehicles at-will carrying this extra phone and it works seamlessly.

The other option is to jailbreak your iphone and roll back the ios and ALP connect versions...
