Hello,
I'm a long time radar user, but new to the anti laser world. I used to have V1s as my go to detector, but switched over to Bel Stir a few years ago. I have a new ride (Porsche 997.2 GTS) in which I will be intalling an escort 9500ci and ALP system (front only to start with). I will be doing the install myself rather than through a shop.

I have been lurking here for a while, and a big thanks to the members for all the knowledge I have already gained from this community. I plan to share my install in the hopes that it is helpful.

Welcome from the Lower Mainland. I hope you're installing an ALP triple, since Dragons have been detected outside of Vancouver. Not sure if the new TX head will work on your 911 since it needs to be @20" off the ground. Good luck.
