Wow, I thought we have it bad here in certain parts of Canada (Ontario) but you guys have it 1000x's worse. Don't know how you could live with those laws.
yeh makes ya think, of just how accurate car odometers are,, they park illegally on the road side for hours just gathering $$$$$$$
