Never seen that trick before, was that little reflective strip part of the G8 package? Giving me some idea's for my rear setup, not sure how effective it would be on the ALP's.
I remember that video. It is an interesting rear installation. I bet RadarRob could defeat it.
There are just to wide a variation of vehicles to have the perfectly vertical surface req'd for 45 degree bend in that polished metal.A whole range of angled bends needed for so many different car body shapes would be impossible to get correct. If supplied it would be a Cust. service nightmare.
First time I've watched that vid & a Dual Rear install like that would likely test well,...against Radarrob ? - I'll let ya' know after I give him a go again.Making changes here...
Ya' know what you guys in Oz need for the Poliscan ?
Remember in the 70's & 80's the Disco dance craze, how about one of those spinning globes w/ all the mini-mirrors on it...then just aim a couple of AL-P's at it.The faster you drive, the faster the wind makes it spin...so you can jam better.
Bahahaha, that might actually work against the Poliscan LOL.

One old fart to another...............it's before our time, but those things were first popular in the speakeasies of the 1920's
I remember this video , it is the periscope principle , the loss is minimal .
I did a test install with my first blinder , the head was behind the bumper , vertically oriented
shooting up to a plexiglass mirror directing the beam toward the road , though
was never tested with a real gun , just with an Osprey ...and it jammed.
I figure the Alp would do very well with a tuned set-up & the increased power compared
to the m-27 .
With the new laws coming down the tube ...we better think to stealth our installs.
I'm down to duplicate that test with same system if anyone out there can loan Raletc it for one or two days to test it.After reviewing the video it did very well jamming stalker lz1 with newer firmware.I bet money if shot with A-3.5 sup and lower firmware it will be a different ball game.
Seeing this makes me want to retest my ALP from the rear of my car again, my car has less surface area than the car in the video with a far newer ALP head still got easy PT's, I am thinking there was something wrong with my testing setup.
watched this vid years ago I wasn't to sure about the rear install but looking at the vid he only tagged the centre I think it was a marketing deploy to show how well it performed kind of thing
but I have to say though I have mounted both the G8 and G9 on a 4wd and done stationary shots (looking for week points )
the G8 rules it seem to have a higher spread pattern (vertical is well as horizontal) ie no PTs on roof line and no PT with car doors open ie aiming at the doors
but now the G8 is obsolete to new guns well infact 5 years out of date but have to say it lasted and still going strong as new
As I said, I'll work on the placement. Even if we have to use veil.

can understand dragons when we tested, mount in the best position, and take up ba another shoot out, still think two is better than one to be 100%, veil may help as ba suggested
got front done now just a bit more wiring to go not bullet proof but should do the job
