Yes, You are correct. You can kill before your LID settings within the app or let the auto kill go into effect.

The new beta is AWESOME! blows away the other versions. Connects easily. Can run it in the background, and it comes to the foreground when it receives an alert. My only request, is when it alerts to a radar, that it displays the frequency in addition to the band on the initial screen. I haven't hit it with LIDAR yet.
Yeah.. Very happy so far with the progress. I will see if they can add the frequency to the Notification Screen. I also requested and hope they can implement it a 3 button option on the notification screen.
Mute/Kill (Same as Car Button but bring you to ALP Connect when pressed)
Dismiss (Goes back to previous window or just close notification)
Go To ALP Connect (Go Directly to ALP Connect)
I too am liking this version more now that it connects with ease. I am noticing less "blue car" screens even though it is not connected as well. Gaining back screen real estate has been VERY nice too!!
Well done so far ALP

New newest version is light years ahead of the previous version. Still testing & will update as needed.
Appreciate all of you beta testers helping to make this a nice and smooth out of the box experience for the rest of us.
Nice video editing skills Mirage, show off!
@Mirage 10/10 Would Android again.
Seriously, I wait with bated breath for this app to be out on Android. The control module certainly functions well enough, but there are limitations, especially when Sti-R integration is involved.
Looks like it's coming along great, keep up to good work beta-testers and AL!
Once this app is out of Beta, I am going to switch from the iphone to Android. Thank you guys for doing the testing. I mentioned before for the apple app I will mention it here as well. It would be nice to be able to map out alerts in the history. I think Yav has this option. Just saying.
