Next Firmware Update on the ALP will be on 6/5/14

I deleted the file and downloaded a new one, it seems to be working fine now.

Firmware + Control Set + Current Setup File if you use the Control Module, If you are using ALP Connect you do not need the Control Set firmware.

Can somebody please post a step-by-step process of updating? What might seem simple to you may not be as simple to somebody else like me :(
