Really nothing.... Unless you are using the switch and can switch back and forth. Right now the Control Set manually will have more features (Change LID Settings, Etc.) But those will be available through ALP Connect in future updates. HiFi was really designed for users that did not want to use ALP Connect.Quote:

Yes, We already released in the last update the ability to change many settings through the control set (Both standard and HiFi) that was once only done through the setup file. In the future we would like to try to do away with the update site and allow all changes be done through ALP Connect.Quote:

Thanks for clarifying the intention to make updates available via ALP connect, I'm sick of hearing the whiners elsewhere complaining that AL should do this, it was stated long ago that this was in the works. Interw3bs comprehension is severely lacking these days. ALP is barely a year and half old and some people are asking for more than Blinder or LI ever delivered in their entire life cycle ffs.

Just got the ship notification for this item :)
Only the first few are going today. More will ship tomorrow. They are shipped in standard boxes to get them sooner. I wont have time to make them nice in retail boxes and shrink wrap them for another week or so. I figured you guys would not care and would prefer to have them sooner anyway. I also switched UPS Ground orders to 2nd Day USPS Priority since UPS is not moving ground packages this Thursday through next Monday so USPS will get it much quicker.
