It does auto connect, It was just this one time (That i know of) that it had happened, If i had NOT notice i would have gotten tagged, i was hit 3 times with Lidar that day.. To me its just a safety per caution and really wish that it wasnt so hard to just add something like this to the program....

Oh no it does, as soon as i hit the app, it somes up searching and then when i switch them on you get 2 different alert tomes telling you 1 your connected and the other that your in defence mode

If you leave the app on all of the time, and leave it in background mode, as soon as you start the car it will auto connect. You don't have to launch.

Why would they? Croatia is the China of Europe. Production costs are about the same...
But there would be a noticeable quality difference....
Croatian made products are of higher quality.
Also the cost you are seeing is the after sales ongoing support.

Name the statistics file something other than SETUP.ALP, so that it doesn't keep obliterating my configuration file on the same USB drive.

What about a option to turn the Big red MPH Zero Off? I know the peeps with an Iphone with GPS that actually works like it, but the ones that use an Itouch that cant utilize it and always seeing a big Zero all the time, it would be nice to turn that feature ON/OFF if we wanted too?

Change 'Dim Mode' so that the LED is constantly illuminated with a lower level of intensity. The blinking light is obnoxious and I like having visual confirmation that the unit is on and working.
Also consider changing 'Dark Mode' so that you get a chirp when the unit finishes warm up and goes into defense mode. In dark mode, you have to enable the star-up tone in order to get audio confirmation that the unit is working.

Agree - I've had a few Camea IR Camera Speed Scanner falses on Aussie firmware (Retail release and later), and these are only used in the Czech Republic, so don't need to be enabled for Aussie use.Quote:

I too have had the Camea false alert.
Just want to see all the guns/units only used in Europe only gone, besides Policscan
we could make a list of falses only so they could apply these to our next update camea is one of them ...really wouldn't want them to turn off all guns not used ....my self and winter will sure complain when our pl2 and stalker and other older guns we come across to test with
so if camea is the only false why have all other guns disabled ? would realy hate to see all other guns disabled because of one camea/IR camera

So I'm really digging the new HiFi module! I've been eagerly awaiting it for a while and am very glad it's finally here. HUGE improvement over the standard beeps. :)
One thing I noticed is that at startup, even if you select the "Silent power-up" and "Skip first warmup" options checked, the ALP still shouts "Active!" at startup. I get that there's two parts, the power-up procedure and then the normal operation of the jammers and that the power-up procedure is independent of the announcement that the jammers are now operational (especially helpful after a JTK), but it would be really helpful to be able to truly get a silent power-up when the option is selected.
A couple people have mentioned that the announcement startles their passengers. For me I run my speakers at volume 5 so that I can hear it while driving and, well, it is very loud when sitting in a parking spot. :D The high pitched beep with the standard control module was also a bit ear-piercing at loud volumes, so a truly silent option would be very much welcomed.
Some people mentioned they like having an audio confirmation so perhaps 3 options would be very helpful.
1) Normal operation with all sounds on at startup
2) Shorter audio startup like we have now to verify that the speakers are working
3) Totally silent option where only the lights light up upon startup

from the top of my head antilaser improvements could be ,,to make a new less advanced jammer ,,just so other companies can have some sort of same level competition LOL
I beat all 3,, antilaserG8 >>antilaserG9rx>>blinder>>> laserinterceptor then back to antilaser>>ALP all in a space of 7+ years ,,denolix tested out my G8 and G9 and at the same time I picked up a m18 laser jammer never used for realife tests just a spare jammer for test days to compare between a high end jammer

I get asked a million questions about the ALP ,,one of the questions was how do we update the ALP,,,, so you can just imagine what other questions they asked specially when it came to the dragon ,,,the same shop use to sell the G9 ,,they only found out about a year ago how to get into some features IE constant mode as now they have there own laser gun for testing ,,as for me these guys at the stereo shop are friends so I keep them in the loop ,,,but I shouldn't have to
and these guys sell them ,,I think a better tutorial should be explained ,,specially if they selling the product
