The rule 5 could be amended this way : any participants in this forum is eligible if he can
provide a Us adress ...violation disappears and every one @ the international is happy .
We can argue till end of times , this is not my point , i believe that forum contest should always
include all the participants ...think about the reverse ...you would feel the same.
Rules are just rules ...otherwise everyone here would follow the Psl and dont even

I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the real issue is agreements with foreign distributors and Antilaser (& Escort). If KMPH (Canada) and the Australian distributors would participate here as members and contest sponsors, I'd bet that it would remove the obstacles BRD faces. It's not only a matter of legalities, important as they are. I've always found BRD to be a man of his word in all his business dealings, and would never want him to be anything else.Quote:
