Contact AL Croatia direct and they will take care of you. They don't have an exclusive distributor in the UK which is why you are not getting the level of service you would expect. AL can service you directly.Quote:

I contacted your company using the website messaging system and was told you could not sell to me either as I MUST buy from the UK distributor.
So myself and others are in a shitty loop.
1. UK distributor is abjectly useless and cannot supply up to date ALP, or BT module, I even had to tell them the HiFi module existed FFS.
2. Contact ALP direct, get NO REPLY, EVER, REGARDLESS of number of emails.
3. Cannot buy from other country, keep getting told "contact UK distributor"
4. Return to no 1 frustrated...

What email did you use.. Most email addresses get auto forwarded to folks that handle the area. I will PM you a direct person to contact that will assist you.Quote:

Thanks to Tom and the superbly efficient Iva at AL, my BT v2 module is en route.
Thankfully I can now bypass the pathetic UK distributor for all things AL from now on.

Glad it all worked out for you. Problem you were having is generic emails sent to the info emails gets routed to the closest distributor based on your location (IP Address Etc.) once you sent an email directly to AL Croatia they were able to see it and respond.Quote:
