Doesn't the manual stats the control unit must be inside the car or if under hood must be in waterproof protector?
Any idea on how to waterproof it?
In a wireless install you would not be using the Control Module you would be using the Bluetooth Module to wirelessly connect to the system. The CPU and Bluetooth module would have to be in a waterproof enclosure to prevent moisture from entering the components in the engine compartment.
To waterproof the CPU + BlueTooth Module + RG Module is also using radar you can get a simple case such as this one:

Drill a hole for the wiring and then silicone the opening around the wires to seal it.
I am going to run in a IP66 rated enclosure on my car, but I'll be sending my cpu & Bluetooth off too http://www.liquipel.com/ to be coated, just in case water passes the compression glands on the enclosure.
