Lockouts and Ka Band Segmentation?

Hi,

I am getting a new car and am seriously considering ALP plus Net Radar. I have some questions:

Does Net Radar allow Ka Band segmentation?

If I have the bluetooth/iPhone module and create location lockouts - do the previously created lockouts work with the Hifi module if I don't have my iPhone with me?

1. Yes, It has KA Segmentation but its not really needed as it scans incredibly fast and BS will not make it any faster. The gain the Bel/Escorts received was not really from the BS but from turning off RDR which is not even used on the Net Radar.
2. GPS Lockouts due to patent limitations at this time are stored in your phone and will only work when connected to the app using BT.
