My ALP was running fine for about 8 months, updated the FW and VoicePack today and update went fine. About 4 hours later its dead. Checked the power and ground and its fine.
Where do I send it for repair?

Watch out for heat guys. These boys produce heat and you dont want to trap it. I think that might have killed my first cpu
I find that it is best to do a factory reset before the update. I had 2 units 2 years ago do bad. They say that cheap flash drive cause it. My new unit with ser# starting with 4 has worked fine for over a year. The 2 that had a problem had a ser# starting with 2.
