First encounter with the dragon

Driving down the sugarloaf extension this morning in light rain and came across an Gwinnett county police car about 1/2 mile pass were he was mark on waze shoting the dragon. I was already at PSL when I pick up the scatter. I kill in a few seconds and it was a good 10 sec before I passed him. He was in a black Gwinnett county special operation car. Gwinnett county police cars are normally white with black letters. I believe he was testing out how well the gun works in the rain. This first time I came across the dragon from the Gwinnett county police.
