If you have an the original RG Module with a Beltronics Sti-R Plus or 9500CI radar integration there is no need to update. The new module only adds communication support for the Valentine 1 radar detector.
Is the RG V2 compatible with all valentine one hardware versions?
You need an ESP V1 if you want to integrate a V1's alerts with an ALP.Quote:
