Updated Manual / List of Service Codes

Guys, is there an updated version of the user manual anywhere please? I can only find the 2013 version on line which does not list all the possible service codes. Specifically, I want to know how to enable "Privacy Mode" but I would also like a copy of an updated manual, or a list of all the possible service codes.
