I had the Escort 9500ci installed in my BMW 4 gran coupe last year and recently got busted doing 42 on a 25 local residential. The 9500ci didnt even make a peep with the Dragoneye laser gun. From that point, I did some research and ALP was the laser jammer in the market. I had to have it installed. Cartunes in Atlanta was the only dealer and had them installed on my car last week.

Yep you found out the hard way the 9500CI laser portion is outdated for sure. Im glad you did some research found ALP, as ALP is the BEST there is and you will be fully protected. You did go with 3 Heads front/ 2 Rear? You need 3 to defeat certain guns out there? You have any pictures of your install, I know Cartunes does an outstanding job.

i'll be posting pictures and youtube videos very soon. they told me 9500ci conflicts with ALP and had to strip 9500ci and had to put a BEL STIR-Plus in place. i was very disappointed since i had the 9500ci installed just last year and the installer did a terrible job. mounting the laser sensors vertically on the bmw kidney grille, which i read is a no-no. i have 5 sensors total (3 front and 2 in the back), bluetooth module, gps antenna, and hifi controller. bluetooth module works great paired with my iphone running the ALPconnect. config couldnt be easier on the ALPConnect. Not sure if I really needed the GPS antenna
