Finally installed, have issues/questions

Finally got my system installed and have been unable to connect my bt module to my phone... it says connecting, hear a click from the bt module, and then says connecting again... have not been able to connect my phone ever to the system.

Also, on the control pad- when I select sensors, it only registers the front sensors and never the rear. Shouldn't it sense all 5 sensors? Speaking of the control pad, how do you adjust the volume? I press the volume button and it turns on parking only,I hold the volume button and it goes into menu/setup...

Did you follow the setup instructions and update the firmware and have a Blue LED?

Yes, went through the set up as outlined in the sticky. Everything functions correctly other than the Bluetooth and it reading all 5 sensors. Can post a video of what the unit is doing while trying to connect to Bluetooth if needed.

Is the LED on your bluetooth module blinking? Mine seemed to freeze up once (the LED was on solid) and couldn't connect. I power cycled the entire ALP and that corrected the problem The only other bluetooth connection issue I've had is if I've taken my phone out of bluetooth range of my ALP without shutting down the app, it will not automatically reconnect when I return to my car, but will keep searching. Closing and restarting the app wiil reestablish the connection.

If firmware is updated and LED is Blue and BT is not connecting you have the cables in the opposite ports on the BT module.
