Sometimes red light camera (sensors) set my ALP off. I know the brand is laser-based. Am I getting effective jamming of these?
The red light camera sensor looks like this:
5343
P.S. This is pure intellectual curiosity. I'm not trying to run red lights.

NO,you are not !
That type encounter is not what the AL-P is designed to counter.

Thank you. Is ALP going to filter these out in a future release?
There's no reason to alert since it's not speed radar. And to sit at a red light for a minute with the ALP screaming at me is annoying. I don't want to turn off the ALP because there is a frequently-used speed trap close to one of the red light camera intersections.

If the ALP is alerting you its because it operates on a pulse rate similar to a real lidar gun. A quick press of the mute button would ignore it.
