If using BT, Try turning on with the controller and see if the error goes away.

Yes I did try that..I even unplugged BT module completely...also unplugged power a few times...still three sequences of 6 beeps

Yeah sorry.. If serial number was sold in Canada I can't swap it. Contact Alex and he should swap it and if there are any issues let me know.
