The U.K. distributor is mobilecentre.co.uk and frankly they're hopeless.

They've no idea about the product, from correct installation and number of heads, to stocking up to date items. I had to email them at the start of 2016 to inform them that there was a v2 BT module and I'm still waiting for them to get stock.

I also had to inform them of the Hi-Fi module too.

Utterly hopeless and it's very very frustrating to have such an abjectly poor supplier in the UK such that no other supplier will ship to me leaving me to deal with these bozos.

In simple terms the UK isnt a big market for jammers and as such the guys involved aren't experienced enough and don't sell enough units to keep abreast of what's being produced by AL.

To be the only distributor in a whole country and be unaware of 2 major accessories of a system you stock is plainly a joke.

Agree, Tom/BRD is awesome. Most take it for granted, but it should be appreciated all the information and quick responses he provides.

If AL UK aren't replying you could always just contact the factory, as far as I remember they sell direct to areas that have no re seller, I would presume that would also mean defunct re-seller.

I had to email and tell them it existed. FFSTake a Train ride to France & buy from the French distributor. Maybe the Regional AL Priority firmware is all the same for the EU.
I do not have any information if this is true for all Countries in the EU.

Contact AL Croatia direct and they will take care of you. They don't have an exclusive distributor in the UK which is why you are not getting the level of service you would expect. AL can service you directly.

So myself and others are in a shitty loop.

What email did you use.. Most email addresses get auto forwarded to folks that handle the area. I will PM you a direct person to contact that will assist you.

This is good to hear. A lazy/incompetent distributor is a bad problem; a mfg that won't respond/doesn't care would be a disaster

They're the worst kind of distributor.

Utterly ignorant of the system they are selling both in terms of how to maximise performance but also all other aspects of it from accessories to software.

I can't fathom how anyone can stock this sort of tech without understanding it.

Thankfully I can now bypass the pathetic UK distributor for all things AL from now on.

Glad it all worked out for you. Problem you were having is generic emails sent to the info emails gets routed to the closest distributor based on your location (IP Address Etc.) once you sent an email directly to AL Croatia they were able to see it and respond.

Hopefully they fix this problem. It should explicitly ask your location; what if you're using a VPN?

AL would be wise to CC/BCC themselves into these emails and monitor whether they are responded to.

Clearly AL is being let down by other people's' shoddy CS but they can affect it by taking more interest in what their distributors are doing.

Absolutely.

It's also a very important reminder to AL themselves that having a great product is one thing, having a reseller that knows their onions is quite something else.

Without a talented reseller, those well designed products won't leave the shelves.

Reminds me of the early days of LI. I bought mine direct from Ivan as Elvis was a complete fucking tool. As soon as Cliff took over, LI blossomed.
