Went to do a factory reset and my new system freshly installed will not go into yellow led menu mode. I have tried a variety of things. I have even plugged in the usb with the initial files and powered up then down then up and still to no avail. Does anybody now how to get around this? Is it truly the cables are not fully plugged in or crimped or bad sensors? My installer installed the. Control unit under the foot well so I have to tear that apart to get to it.
Thanks for the help.
Cheers,
Chris

Do you have any led lights come on?

2 Beeps that does not stop is usually when no sensors are attached. Please check the sensor wiring and make sure the sensors are plugged into the CPU and the sensor connectors near the sensors themselves are plugged in and then twist locked.

Thanks all lights come on. I will tear apart the car in the morning to check the connections.
The light sequence is green then a long red and the two reds continuously

Took off the floor cover for the dash and took out the cubby and could see in there. Good job of wiring by the installers. Played around with the sensors, made sure all cables were plugged in and in the end the installers had place the gps cable at the wrong end of the box. Disconnected it and Lo and behold it worked. I plugged the gps cable in the right end and still works. Mentioned it to the installers and they will help me out in a future purchase or need so that was good. I feel sorry for them though because it took them supposedly 14 hours to put in all the components and I bet they were stuck for at least a couple of hours on this problem.
