I pulled up behind a new C7 Stingray at a red light the other day and when I got within a few feet of the car my ALPs gave the parking alert and at the same time I saw 2 quick flashes on the back of the Stingray and when I looked at the plate closer it looked like he had a Photo radar plate blocker installed.
Just wondering if the ALPs set off his plate blocker or if this is totally coincidence

ALP's always constantly fire a quick pulse every second for the parking sensors. If the plate cover looks for IR light its very possible that the ALP's Parking IR pulse could have triggered there plate cover.

The ProDB plate blocker was known to false at close range to h/h lidar and poliscan here, so I think it was highly likely
