This is my first time posting on any forum, so I apologize in advance if this is the wrong place for this question.

I purchased the AL Priority along with the STI-R radar and the Bluetooth module about two months ago. I have an iPhone 5 and the app works perfectly; except when I look in iPhone settings. Unfortunately, the only app setting on my phone that can be changed is location. The app does not even appear in the notification center, which to my understanding is suppose to offer a few different settings, like many other applications. I have tried deleting/uploading the app, completely restoring my phone, and installing the new IOS 8.3 update. I’ve called Apple and Anti-Laser several times, but both parties insist that the problem lies with the other company.

Does anyone else have this problem or know how to troubleshoot this issue? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Much!!

Steve,

After our call this morning I was able to duplicate the issue with notification settings not showing up on your iPhone. I was not able to duplicate it earlier because I did not previously completely uninstall the app and install a fresh new copy. After removing and installing from scratch I was able to see the notification settings were no longer there. We will get this resolved shortly for you.
