Hey man.....I am in the Texas Hill Country (outside of Boerne) but "crawl" through Houston about 1 or 2 a month. I think once I got over 10MPH on the Freeway there :)

LOL.....stay out of Boerne then.....these old boys here will shoot back :)
I do look (weekly) at the State procurement list.......there is nothing allocated (see budget) for traffic enforcement equipment. Nothing for 2015-2016.
Local jurisdictions buy from the State purchasing co-operative....so if a County was going to buy Dragon Eye it would be there.....Cities are on their own....
I have seen (last year) where DET is an approved vendor but there are no purchase orders in the system.
