You've got one part of it. A firmware update for the Control Box is necessary, then for the new Control Set. Make sure the file for the control set is labeled UCSTHIFI.BIN. You'll also need to download the voice pack (male or female voices). As well, make sure the voice pack file is labeled VOICEPCK.BIN. One more thing...you can choose in the SETUP file if you want simple or detailed alerts. All in all, it takes about 3 minutes for all information to upload onto the Control Box from your flash drive.

Thanks QuiGon , 10\10 pour le francais !

I got the files , though the voice pack isn'it the voicepak.alp

Which voices do you prefer ?

Same question for simple & detailled .

Merci :encouragement:

A votre service, monsieur! ;)

Go to the SETUP page. There is now a section called "VoicePack Mode" where you can choose simple or detailed alerts. I chosee the female voice pack myself.

Remember, each file needs to be in the .bin format; i.e. VOICEPCK.BIN

From my download experience from day one with ALP, is all you have to do is D/L the file, its always in the right format to upload--just D/L and install

I had to reload the set-up , then all looks fine .
