What's the law in Qld or Aussie for rights to record an leo, looks like he had an excuse to shoot off an check the handbook, he played it pretty cool,haha

You can record them, just don't be in their face about it.
They are recording you as well.
In QLD, only one party has to be aware that it is being recorded...

Dash Cam is always running, great for capturing RBT stops etc...

Hey guys, There was a big stink about flashing your light in a situation like this, The florida judge stated that flashing your lights when you see an officer/s falls under freedom of speech and it is NOT an unlawful act, Now that is just down here in florida, same goes for NY but you go ahead and try that in NY and watch and see what happens..

I have to admit when i lived in NY i would wave to the County police and a few select locals, I feel that we need to have some appreciation for the police, NOT all are A-Holes:friendly_wink:.
But the ones that take there job seriously do deserve an extra hand or thank you, hey it might make there day and hell one day that officer you waved to someday might actually pull you over one day and remember you by your car and give you a Have a nice day
