ok ,think i have a faulty bt module
jump in car turn axillary on connect bt alp, bong bong noise, then parking sensor sound beeping, turn igni on no sound at all but the parking sensor is still showing warning, zilch, turn igni off and the sounds comes bak on
every thing has been working normal, this happened sat morn, nothing on the car has been changed, done a reset, and re load app, still the same, just wondering if this has happened to any one else, will be talking to Tim for a replacement, unless any body has any suggestions
also just tried starting the car, eng running and connect bt just the same sound for a fraction of a second the silence , but still got a nice green car with the red warning flashing ,
then re connect to the std alp normal lead and all is ok,
7/21 /2045 is date on my set when i down load to usb when i click press browse
i think it,s jacked in kaput wont connect at all

Love to be able to help you however I'm planing to await the Hi fi control to avoid the small delay which may occur with the CPU needing to run the BT module, I like the idea though your not in good situation needing to have a Ipod all the time in my car, Its 100% Stealth and I'm tempted however decided to be patient and await the development Phase to complete!
Cheers

bt mod on it's way back to mother ship :D
ok back to the std plus fittings temporary, dont know why but every time i pass a certain aldi store which is quite a far distance away, when running bt i used to get k band same place on road, never got it in the old car when running the plus, so i thought it may be because it's mtd slightly diff in mi new ride, passed same spot again today and not a peep from the plus again,
i can only think the plus linked to bt is more sensitive on k, i know shop aren't good but every time in same place, week after week the alp bt & plus picked it

been away for a couple of weeks so i am a bit foggy on the details.
the BlueTooth module is still in the development stage?
this will be a stupid question for a veteran like you dinkydi, i take it you didn't start the car in a confined space to get this error?

Dinkydi, Not sure how I missed this thread (PM Me and I will help you) if you can send me a video if the behavior and a copy of your setup file it will greatly help diagnosing your condition.
Assailant - No the Bluetooth module is not under development and it works 100%, Also since you seem to take info you find here and repost on RDF why not take the good stuff and post that over there as well as the few little issues that come up? "This is a warning I found, be aware" - Why not also post the source and also post that the issue you posted only effected a whole 2 users worldwide and a fix was immediately done to prevent it from happening again.

Sounds an awful lot like agenda politics if true !
Long ago I stopped viewing RDF & am quite disappointed to hear this is going on.
Dear "assailant":
Has this been taking place & if so, would you explain why ?
