I have seen quite a few Toyota Camrys have a light bar above the number plate. Get me every time as I think they are a. Speed trap.

as winterbrew said it is a light bar, it is a small one so i don't think it would be all that bright.
what do you use it for dinkydi? i wouldn't imagine it was stronger than the headlights.

What would be really cool is if they could incorporate jamming diodes in there as well as a photo flash amongst the driving lights. Eminently doable! Oh yes sir, they're just driving lights for night vision.....

Would save me cutting apart my lightbar to install heads in it.

i looked into these a while ago so this is going on memory what you have to watch is the lumens
for a house a 100W incandescent is approx 5000 lumens (although here the beam is directed forward for a light bar)
for the one you showed in the picture i would say is a 20W or 40W (i can't remember what it equates to in lumens as the LED W is different again although it is far less then 5000 lumens).
if you look at this link you will see what i mean http://extremelights.co.za/light-comparison/light-bar-comparison/
