So I finally got around to doing my updates from last month and I keep getting a message to update VoicePack I downloaded it and it is on the same stick I used for doing my control box update. But it's not updating the Voicepack. What is it that I'm doing wrong?
File name on the stick is VOICEPCK.ALP
ALPConnect ver:5.1
FW VER:5.4.1
PDC FW Ver7.4

Make sure file on the drive is the new file and not an old file you had on your computer. I would delete all files in your download folder prior to downloading it. USB drive also needs to be a USB 2.0 drive and 16GB or less.

I downloaded right from ALP to my 8gb fat 32 formatted drive and it was the only file on the drive.
After I put the stick in what can i do to start the file update?

Nothing. If the drive and file is good once you insert it the LED's should start flashing fast and you just need to wait for it to finish around 7 minutes later.

You also cant update a voice pack if you are not running ALP on the HiFi Controller. HiFi needs to be connected for it to load. I noticed in your first post you mentioned ALP Connect... You cant be connected to ALP Connect and update the HiFi Controller.

It was the drive.... I used another drive that I know for sure was USB 2.0 and I got it loaded.
