On front, mine are mounted in the grille mesh on a 2013 Dodge Charger SRT8.
I Dremeled out holes slightly larger than the ALP heads. I stuck them in the holes with the double-sided tape that came with the ALP. That held it "about right" while I did fine adjustment to level and pumped some hot glue in the crevasses.
It has survived many automatic car washes.
