The police would have not made it in time regardless. If the cops were called every time someone is weaving in my state there be no cops but traffic cops.
we dont know that, there could have been a cop a minute away. fact is they knew she was a danger and decided to follow her and make a video for youtube instead of calling her in and because of it they were also involved in the crash.
