A stir is fine for KA, you really don't need anything better, though it will drive you mad on K if you activate it, as it has no filtering, another fact to remember, AntiLaser doesn't sell the stir...

Radar is used WIDELY, if you drive on the M1 every day you will typically get KA hits 1-2 times if travelling during the day, especially on the gateway. Add to that the Wall-E looking speed cameras...
