OK who is ready for some more lidar testing in GA.

We have decided the February 8th is our best date. I say we start around 8:00 - 8:30 am and if you want to go to a late lunch after we can do that as well.

I suggest we switch end of test course this time and probably moving forward. Based on the updated security at the top of the course.

So we can park in that large dock lot that we normally use to turn around at.

We used that end once before and I don't recall any problems other than I prefer to shot down hill vs. uphill.

If you haven't been to the test site let me know and I will PM you the location a few days before the event. However to help you make travel plans it's within 5-10 miles of the Atlanta Airport.

I be there like always. I just order me an quint. Got hit multiple times last week without any alerts on my M47. One that was not mark on Waze on 85 south just inside 285 by an dekalb county. Was going 75, in an 55. Saw many more LEO about 3 miles down the road mark. Had me real worried that I was an dead goose.Likely someone fly by me 2 seconds later. Got luckly more speeders than LEO. Anyway birthday coming up this Sunday and went and got me a big gift. Most of last year I was ok between Waze and my M47, only had to be careful with gwinnett County LEO. Seems like all the pl3 are gone. Seeing truspeed and laser alleys now.

Can you believe that since the last test I have driven 6200 miles without being hit?

I have been hit with radar at least 6x though.

Edit: It would be neat if G5 ships by then so we can play with it.

We are shooting for the week of the 22-23rd to have it available. We are currently testing it against of variety of ALPR and IR imagers to better gauge how effective we are against them. We may need to do some tweaking in the meantime. At any rate, I don't see why we couldn't have something available to test. We have been anxious to see some test using Veil to reduce any PTs of jammers as well as see how many heads we can reduce when they are used together. If we can get a commitment from one of the testing groups, that would be great.

I have a rep that wants to come and bring the iTronics kit installed on a car. Is this still on for Feb 8th?

I'm back in GA so I'll probably make it, need to re-align everything, maybe get Nick to help me permanently mount my heads with the brackets instead of my ghetto install, and move the back sensors out. Nick, what'll it cost me to have you put the brackets in for me on the front and move the rears out?

Yes, shifter recorded most of them on his laptop. Some are on paper that probably need to be added.

You will have to take that up with the other forum as the redirecting is all on their end. I have given up on worrying about stuff like that.

Why was the URL removed from nicholat's post?

Why was the URL removed from nicholat's post?
I suspect he thought it was not working. The other forum continues to play games.

This should help: https://href.li/?https://www.rdforum.org/showthread.php?t=41975

But anything coming from RALF get's filtered by their script:

I had a great time, as usual and really enjoyed seeing everyone that I knew and the ones that I did not know. Many thanks to everyone who helped out and a big shout out to GA Speed who always runs a very efficient testing event. Thank you GA Speed for the equipment and all that you do for the community and for helping us get everything spot on.
